Business Development Manager
Drive Virmondo EOR growth by identifying and closing deals with companies looking to hire in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, working directly with founders and HR leaders at growing companies.
What you'll do
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up
- Run discovery calls to understand customer needs and articulate how Virmondo EOR solves their hiring challenges
- Navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across HR, finance, and leadership
- Negotiate and close contracts, working closely with legal and operations
- Develop deep expertise in DACH employment regulations to advise prospects effectively
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and identify new market opportunities
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in HR tech, SaaS, or professional services
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Native or fluent German and professional English
- Experience selling to mid-market companies with 6+ month sales cycles
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex topics simply
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to have
- Experience in the EOR, PEO, or global employment space
- Existing network in the HR or startup ecosystem
- Understanding of German employment law basics
