A conversation to learn about you and answer your questions. We'll discuss the role, the company, and what you're looking for.

Skills Discussion

1-2 hours

A role-relevant exercise or deep-dive conversation. For technical roles, a practical challenge. For others, a case discussion.

2-3 hours total

Meet the people you'd work with. Ask anything. We want you to have complete information.

We give feedback to every candidate who interviews, whether or not it's a fit.

Common questions

Where is Virmondo EOR based?

We're remote-first with no physical headquarters. Team members are spread across Europe, mostly in or near the DACH region.

Do I need to be in a specific timezone?

We need meaningful overlap with DACH business hours (CET/CEST) since that's where our customers and markets are. Most European locations work well.

How big is the team?

We're small. This means your work has direct impact, but also means you'll wear multiple hats and deal with startup ambiguity.

What's the tech stack?

Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS. We prioritize clean code and pragmatic decisions over trendy tools.

Do you sponsor work visas?

We hire people who are already authorized to work in their location. As an EOR company, we can employ you compliantly in DACH countries if you have work authorization there.

What if I don't have EOR experience?

Most roles don't require it. DACH employment knowledge helps for operations roles, but for engineering and other functions, relevant skills matter more. We'll teach you the business.

Is this fully remote or hybrid?

Fully remote. We may gather in person occasionally for team events, but day-to-day work is distributed.
