Client Success Manager
Ensure Virmondo EOR customers get maximum value from our services. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, helping them navigate DACH employment complexities while building lasting relationships that drive retention and expansion.
What you'll do
- Own relationships with a portfolio of customers, serving as their trusted advisor on DACH employment
- Conduct onboarding for new clients, ensuring smooth setup and clear expectations
- Proactively identify and address issues before they become problems
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer requests quickly
- Track customer health metrics and intervene when engagement drops
- Identify expansion opportunities and work with sales to grow accounts
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to improve our product and processes
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in customer success, account management, or client services
- Experience working with B2B customers in a professional services context
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Empathetic communicator who can handle difficult conversations professionally
- Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
Nice to have
- Background in HR, recruitment, or employment services
- Experience using CRM and customer success tools (HubSpot, Gainsight, etc.)
- Knowledge of German employment contracts and payroll
