Content Marketing Manager
Create content that establishes Virmondo EOR as the authority on DACH employment. You will develop and execute a content strategy that attracts companies looking to hire in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, turning expertise into pipeline.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute content strategy aligned with business goals and SEO opportunities
- Write and publish blog posts, guides, and resources about DACH employment
- Create content for various stages of the buyer journey, from awareness to decision
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into accessible content
- Optimize existing content for search performance
- Track content performance and iterate based on data
- Manage content calendar and ensure consistent publishing cadence
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of content marketing experience in B2B
- Excellent writing skills in English with ability to write for business audiences
- Understanding of SEO principles and keyword research
- Experience creating content for complex or technical topics
- Self-directed with ability to manage projects end-to-end
- Familiarity with content management systems and analytics tools
Nice to have
- Writing ability in German for DACH-specific content
- Background in HR, legal, or professional services content
- Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing
