Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Build the platform that powers Virmondo EOR operations. You will work across the stack to create tools for managing employment relationships, processing payroll data, and delivering a great experience to customers and employees alike.
What you'll do
- Design and build features across our Next.js application
- Write clean, maintainable TypeScript code with appropriate tests
- Collaborate with product and operations to understand requirements and propose solutions
- Make architectural decisions that balance pragmatism with quality
- Review code from teammates and provide constructive feedback
- Improve our development processes and tooling
- Participate in on-call rotation for production issues
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and React
- Experience building and maintaining production web applications
- Familiarity with modern web development practices (testing, CI/CD, code review)
- Ability to work independently and make good decisions with incomplete information
- Clear communication skills, especially in writing
Nice to have
- Experience with Next.js and the React ecosystem
- Background in fintech, HR tech, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with database design and API development
- Experience working in early-stage startups
